Work in Northfield, CT

improperly pitched pipes causing flood
excavating sewer lines and putting in new PVC pipes at the correct pitch on both main and branch line.

Over the summer we did a sewer replacement job at a local school in Northfield, CT. The reason this job was preformed was due to the line being improperly pitched and installed while the school was constructed over 50 years ago. They finally had a tremendous failure when the line backed up and flooded their mechanical room. We quickly diagnosed the situation and unclogged the line, buying them some more time until we could do the repair during summer break. With our team, we were able to excavate the line inside the school. We corrected the pitch with a new pvc line on both the main and branch line. We then backfilled, patched the floor, and replaced the floor in a the classroom in under 2 weeks.
