I I left a message on the company voice message in literally within 25 minutes. The owner Chris called me back. I went over the issues I had. I sent him a few pictures and he said he would be out the following day on a Saturday to take care of the issue I had we also converse back-and-forth that same night and he was very Courteous came at the specific time But he said he would and fix my problem quickly, and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. I discovered a gas leak a couple of weekends ago, and I called Macary's on... read more a saturday night. He was responsive, kind and helpful. He had prepared to send someone the next day to repair our gas line. It was fixed by a highly knowledgeable and skilled technician and we are so happy now that our house is safe once more. Very reasonable price too!

Had a major clog in my house which resulted in sewage backing up and coming... read more out of the downstairs toilet and shower. Called a local company and they came out and fixed it but insisted that my internal cast iron sewage pipes were crumbling and needed replacing to the tune of $20k. Called Chris and he came out the next day. He descaled and hydro jetted all the pipes and said they should be good for many, many years. Saved me a bundle! As a bonus, he found and removed a piece of the other company's cutter which had broken off and they had just left in the sewage pipe. I would eagerly recommend Chris and his crew.
